What's the difference between classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume?
Classic places one extension per natural lash. Hybrid blends classic placement with handmade fans for texture. Volume uses fans across the lash line for dense, even fullness. Mega volume is the highest density. Brittany will tell you honestly what your natural lashes can support.
How long does a full set take?
Full sets are unhurried by design. Exact timing depends on the service and your natural lashes — live durations are shown on the booking page before you reserve.
How often should I book a fill?
Most clients rebook every two to three weeks, depending on retention and their natural lash cycle. You'll leave your appointment knowing which schedule fits your set.
What qualifies as a fill?
Fill eligibility depends on how much of the set remains and how it's wearing. The current fill policy is provided when you book, and it's applied consistently.
Do you work over lashes from another artist?
Sometimes. Work done elsewhere starts with a foreign fill consultation so retention, adhesive, and natural lash health can be assessed before any fill is booked.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Applied correctly — with proper isolation and weight your natural lashes can support — extensions should not damage healthy lashes. No honest artist promises zero risk; you'll get a straight answer about what your lashes can handle before anything is applied.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and skip oily removers beforehand. Plan to lie back and relax — you'll be resting with your eyes closed for the duration of the service.
Can I wear contact lenses?
